"Needing 4 new tyres I got as many quotes as possible and Autoquip Alberton offered the best deal. Their comprehensive website with its positive customer feedback became the deciding factor.

This morning (11/12/2012) I had 4 new Firestone tyres fitted to my vehicle. The comments on your website are justified. I was most impressed with the excellent service.

Many thanks to Bob Msimanga. His professional service with a ready smile and sense of humour, set the tone for an enjoyable visit.

We were also impressed with Andrew who answered all our questions as he expertly removed and fitted the tyres. Thanks as well to Freddy the specialist wheel balancer and Robert for the perfect wheel alignment.

This is a very busy branch, but the organised work flow is remarkable, as the operation runs smoothly and quickly and the customers are made to feel most welcome with hot chocolate and cappuccinos at hand. The work ethos is evident from management to every technician and frontline staff.

This is obviously a well-run team effort and it is a pleasure to see an organisation that pays attention to detail. From the attractive drinks hostess to the daily papers and magazines, to the spotless workshop.

We will be returning to Autoquip Alberton and obviously recommending it highly. May they continue to maintain their excellent standards."

"I want to thank BOB and the guys at Alberton Autoquip for the best shopping experience I have ever had.

On Saturday 8 December I visited the branch after numerous dealers showed me away due to them having no stock or not being within my budget, but after speaking to BOB he reassured me that he would be able to help….and he did….my car looks AWESOME!!!

I want to say thank you to the management/owner of the Alberton branch as it is evident they care about their customers and this ethos is projected through each and every staff member.

I also want to comment on the efficiency of this branch in that it runs as a well oiled machine ,during the 2 hours I spent at the branch they probably assisted 80 clients by making use of a streamlined process. And even though they were so busy I could see each client was being tended to as if they were a VIP.

Anyone can take a lesson from these guys on how to run a business efficiently and effectively.

Looking forward to my next visit (especially for that nice cappuccino ) lol

As I arrived I was greeted with a very friendly face (Moses) who from the word go was extremelly professional and fixed the tyre in record time!!

"I came through to you guys on the 13th of March 2012 for a quote on new rims and tires. Bob was first out to greet me even before I was out of my car. He gave me the best advice regarding what was on offer and the combo deals you guys had. I told him I would get the funds transferred your bank account and come through as soon as I had the proof of payment. "On Friday 29 July 2011 I had two tyres fitted to my car (Inv. No. m71102) at AutoQuip in Alberton and I must compliment ALL the staff there, they were outstanding!

The salesman - Bob Msimanga, who came outside on the coldest morning of the year before I even exited my car! To greet and acknowledge me. He then proceeded to assist me in the most courteous and professional manner, not only did I get a my purchase at a fair price, I was made to feel so welcome while I waited.

The fitter - Moses, was so efficient and friendly, something I have not seen anywhere else in a very long time. The "allignment guy" - Johan, explained what had to be done and did such a good job on my car I could not believe the difference when I drove the car afterwards, it was amazing!
